Graduated in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate degree in Maritime Transport Administration from the Directorate of Ports and Coasts of the Ministry of the Navy (Rio de Janeiro), he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the naval sector.
Served as Head of the Division of Special Studies at the Department of Inland Navigation of the Ports of Brazil Company; as Chief of Staff of the National Department of Waterway Transport; and as an advisor to the Department of Merchant Marine.
In 1999, he founded ERRES Shipping Services and has since provided consulting and advisory services in securing funding for vessels and shipyards, developing strategic studies for establishing Brazilian shipping companies, importing vessels, mergers and acquisitions, and various other projects in the naval segment.
Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with Executive MBAs in International Business from IBMEC and in Regulation, Competition Defense, and Public Services Concessions and Regulation from FGV.
She has 20 years of experience in the maritime transport sector; represented Brazil in several international organizations; and served as Superintendent of Maritime Navigation and Support at the National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ).
